Cultural contributions 

Nearer to the event the organisers will publish a timetabled programme of the cultural events. 

All contributions to the cultural programme are voluntary. 

Contributors will be permitted to sell their own productions (CDs, DVDs etc) and to promote their services. 

All contributors will be vetted by the organisers to ensure the content is suitable for a family event. 

Contributors must keep to the allotted time for their performance. 

Contributors must have all necessary insurance in place and comply with all current health and safety regulations. 

The organisers reserve the right to refuse any application for cultural contributions. 

General 

The organisers reserve the right to close or terminate any activity if in their opinion it is not appropriate to the family audience for the event. 

All participants must co-operate with the organisers appointed marshals and supervisors at all times.
