Booking 

To book your place in the Procession or Festival please complete the relevant  Booking Form and send it with payment to the address on the form. 

To offer a contribution to the cultural entertainments at the Festival, please contact the organisers directly with details of your proposed contribution. 

Public Liability Insurance 

The organisers have cover for public liability for the event, but stall holders and performers must have their own insurance to cover their participation. Copies of relevant insurance and any required Health and Safety or Food Hygiene certificates must be provided prior to the event, or participation will not be permitted.
